Greg Mattingly

Greg joined Lara, Shull & May in January of 2008, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar and graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics. He previously worked as a financial advisor at both Ameriprise and Merrill Lynch & Co., and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. Greg holds a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University, and is currently studying for his CFP.

Greg joined Frank Shull & Mark McKaig as the third member of their team. Greg is well versed in all areas of financial planning, however, his main focus is on retirement and tax planning and helping to guide clients through the retirement process.

A Northern Virginia native, Greg attended high school at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and currently resides in the Woodley Park area of Washington D.C. He enjoys biking, traveling, reading and skiing.
