Ronald R. Geiger creates financial plans for individuals and employers to provide retirement enjoyment and security. Utilizing his extensive experience as a human resources executive and his financial education and training, Ron helps companies and individuals develop sound financial plans based on each clients personal goals and ability to create wealth.
As a representative of Lara, Shull & May his clients investment assets are approximately evenly divided among companies’ employer plans (retirement plans such as 401(k) plans and other deferred compensation plans) and individuals’ personal financial plans. He is a broker/dealer Representative, Investment Advisor Representative, and licensed life/health and variable annuities agent.
After attaining his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, Ron achieved a long and successful career managing human resource functions for The Boeing Company, BDM, and DynCorp. Concurrently, he managed the investments for a closely held family corporation as well as for himself. His financial skills were further developed through The Executive Program at the University of Virginia Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business.
As residents of Northern Virginia since 1975, Ron and his wife, Penny, have been actively engaged in several community organizations including the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, and Youth for Tomorrow and their community association. |
