Special Needs Planning

Your concerns:
When you have a child, sibling, spouse or other relative with special needs, planning for the future can feel overwhelming. There's so much to consider and all of it seems complicated. Make the wrong decision and your family member may inadvertently lose important benefits they're entitled to and likely to need.

  • How can you anticipate their future needs, financial and otherwise?
  • Are there benefits available that you don’t know about?
  • What happens to them if you're no longer around?
  • How do you even know where to begin?

That's where Protected Tomorrows™ comes in.
It is the unique and special mission of every Protected Tomorrows™ Advocate to provide expert advice, guidance and support to families with children with special needs or other loved ones with disabilities. Advocates are selected for having a personal connection and a desire to serve the special needs community. Their personal experience enables them to empathetically relate to families like yours. Advocates are also specially trained and licensed in serving special needs individuals.

How Protected Tomorrows™ can help you
Working together with your family, your Advocate creates a Protected Tomorrows™ Future Lifecare Plan™ that serves as a comprehensive guide for providing a richer, fuller life to your special needs loved one. Issues covered include:

  • Determination of the future caregiver for a child with disabilities
  • Eligibility/Enhancement and Preservation of benefit entitlements
  • Planning for and Building a financial safety net
  • Residency Options

We offer a complimentary meeting to discuss your needs and review the Protected Tomorrows™ process. The fee structure involves flat fees for service and/or per assets under management (if applicable).
